Intelligence Briefing: The Crimes Of The USA

Wednesday, May 11, 2016 - 19:52

In reviewing America from about 1992 forward we find the United States has left the founding principles of democracy behind for those of a corporate oligarchy. It's minions in government have committed crimes that would take an encyclopedia to fill, but we look at some of the most heinous ones as we examine the crimes of the USA.

In 1996, Madeline "mad cow" Albright, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations was being interviewed for an American news report. She was asked to comment on the U.S. sanctions in Iraq, which literally ended up squeezing at least 500,000 children to death. The interviewer asked: “We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?”Without batting an eye, Albright responded: “we think the price is worth it.” In other words, Albright was willing to damn everything, including sending children into a hellish existence in Iraq, in order to accomplish her diabolical plan.

During the early 90s the United States started a business model of picking smaller nation states like Serbia for exploitation and destruction. This pattern has continued non stop until recent times. The victims list now reaches well over a million and a half souls worldwide in diverse places like Somalia, Liberia, Iraq, Kuwait, Bosnia, Serbia, Herzegovina, Macedonia, Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Georgia, Syria, Ukraine and we would be remiss not to mention American intelligence involvement in attacking themselves on 911 in 2001 to justify greater operations worldwide.

In every one of these nations, the United States has left lived ruined, people killed, property destroyed and all in the name of American corporate greed. This death toll includes nearly 2 million people killed by the United States in the last 16 odd years, not to mention the 50,000 souls dead in Donbass due to Victoria Nuland's color revolution for cash operation in overthrowing a legally elected Yanukovich government in Ukraine.

The United States government has consistently opposed an international court that could hold US military and political leaders to a uniform global standard of justice. The Clinton administration participated actively in negotiations towards the International Criminal Court treaty, seeking Security Council screening of cases. If adopted, this would have enabled the US to veto any dockets it opposed. When other countries refused to agree to such an unequal standard of justice, the US campaigned to weaken and undermine the court. The Bush administration, coming into office in 2001 as the Court neared implementation, adopted an extremely active opposition. Washington began to negotiate bilateral agreements with other countries, insuring immunity of US nationals from prosecution by the Court.

As leverage, Washington threatened termination of economic aid, withdrawal of military assistance, and other painful measures. The Obama administration has so far made greater efforts to engage with the Court. It is participating with the Court's governing bodies and it is providing support for the Court's ongoing prosecutions. Washington, however, has no intention to join the ICC, due to its concern about possible charges against US nationals. Of course, this has not stopped the US "justice department" from kidnapping foreign nationals worldwide, including Russian nationals. The USA claims jurisdiction worldwide, despite no UN or other agreement empowering it to do so.

Under US law all of the crimes previously cited are offenses that may be prosecuted. However the oligarchy is not stupid in the USA. There is a clause in US law called "selective prosecution", whereby America can decide to prosecute one person for something but not another for the same crime. So if your a black inner city kid who shoots and kills a store owner you can be put to death by the state. If your the United States President and you do the same thing to a shop owner in Donetsk or Baghdad, then it is highly unlikely you will get anything other than millions in corporate bribe speaking fees after office.

One thing becomes clear in reviewing the endless lives and nations destroyed by the USA. If the future world we live in does not unite to take action to stop America's continued crime spree, we will all eventually fall victim to the crimes of the USA.
